All Gazelle outfits are fully stitched and ready to wear. Each design is tailored according to our standard size chart. Custom sizing may be accommodated upon request.
What is the delivery time?
Each outfit is made to order. Delivery usually takes 2–4 weeks depending on the design and embroidery complexity. For urgent orders, please contact our customer service team before placing your order.
Do you offer custom measurements?
Yes, custom measurements can be provided for selected designs. After placing your order, you may contact us to share your exact measurements.
Will the color be exactly the same as shown in pictures?
We make every effort to display colors accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting and screen settings.
What fabrics are used in Gazelle outfits?
Our collections feature premium fabrics including Korean silk, raw silk, tussel silk, velvet, chiffon, and pure organza — selected for structure, elegance, and comfort.
How should I care for my outfit?
We recommend dry clean only to preserve the embroidery, embellishments, and fabric quality.

What is your return or exchange policy?
As each outfit is made to order, we generally do not offer returns. However, if there is any issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it.
